Meet Dr. Ryan Stoyko

Dr. Ryan Stoyko is a well-rounded chiropractor who believes that treating ailments of the muscles, bones, joints and nerves takes more than just “cracking backs”.  He uses various treatments such as muscle release techniques, active stretching and nerve flossing in addition to joint adjustments to provide the quickest and most effective treatments possible.

He completed his bachelor of science as well as his doctorate in Sydney, Australia, while originally growing up in Winnipeg, Manitoba.  During his studies, he received an award for obtaining the highest GPA in his year of study as well as working as a Teaching Assistant for chiropractic skills classes.  He also has experience as a personal trainer and has helped a variety of people from hockey and tennis players to bodybuilders reach their goals.

Dr. Stoyko has a passion for health and fitness and as such, enjoys a variety of activities such as skiing, hiking with his dogs, basketball, resistance training and rock climbing.  He also has a strong background in nutrition and supplementation as he tries to maximize his own health.  Being as active as he is, Dr. Stoyko has endured his fair share of sports injuries and as such, has an aptitude for treating sports injuries while helping athletes through those road blocks. 

He is now offering chiropractic treatments in Vermilion out of pHotential Health, starting with  Wednesdays 3pm to 7pm and Saturdays 10am to 2pm.  Adding more days as needed.
